Small portable satellite suite. Provides Internet access and telephone communication.

Small satellite communication suite (SSS) is a small-size equipment that enables to efficiently arrange data transfer channel (telephony, Internet, video) from any location in the Republic of Kazakhstan using KazSat national satellites.

SSS is a 4-segment satellite antenna with automated position control (mirror size is equivalent to 1 m). SkyEdge II-IP or EaStar, WiFi point and telephone gateway are integrated into antenna base. SSS is placed in two shock-absorbent cases in transportation position.

 

SSS operation:

The set is simple and convenient in operation. Arriving at location where communication channel is to be arrange, SSS is removed from the cases and antenna segments are attached to its base. After launch of the suite the antenna is automatically position toward the satellite and installs communication channel. Full duration of communication channel organisation (set-up and automated satellite positioning) is maximum 5 minutes.
