Safety certificate

Since January 1, 2016, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Communications" (hereinafter referred to as the Law), the authorized body in the field of communications passes traffic of Internet resources and services located outside the country using a security certificate.

A security certificate is a set of electronic digital characters used to pass traffic containing protocols that support encryption. In cases stipulated by the Law, the use of a security certificate will allow restricting the use of foreign Internet resources for illegal purposes and will ensure the ability to maintain unhindered access to such resources for users who do not violate the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
